Each session is designed specifically for you with intention. I combine several modalities to treat more than just your muscle pain. My holistic approach aims to calm your nervous system, engage your circulatory system, and releases tension in your muscular and fascial systems. My goal is to seek out the root cause, and help you reconnect with your body to find a path to a healthier, more connected, aligned, and pain-free life. 

MODALITIES

Integrative Deep Tissue

​

I will calm your nervous system and engage your muscular and circulatory systems with flowing therapeutic techniques that also deeply target your tension and restrictions. By combining Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Release, these sessions are sure to meet your needs. 

​

Myofascial Release (MFR)

​

I gently release fascial restrictions with techniques held for 3-7 minutes each, and return your body to a more relaxed, aligned, and mobile state. 

What is Fascia?

Fascia is a yarn-like network of connective tissue that exists from head to toe without being interrupted. Trauma, injury, inflammatory responses, and/or surgical procedures can cause restrictions in this network, leading to pain, restriction, and loss of mobility, among other symptoms.

Cupping

​

Cupping breaks up stagnation and congestion in the body to restore it's natural flow by moving blood, lymph, and releasing fascia and muscle tension.

Please note that the use of stationary suction cups pulls fluid to the surface, and this process will leave temporary marks that last an average of 4-10 days.

60 MINUTE MASSAGE

Unwind with this integrated session designed to release tension, relax the nervous system, and address your specific aches and pains .

90 MINUTE MASSAGE

Reset your mind and body with this therapeutic session that utilizes deep pressure, cupping, and customized, intuitive bodywork. 

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE SESSION
60 MIN

This session zeros in on your fascial system. It consists of sustained traction and compression techniques that are designed to eliminate pain and restore motion.

CUPPING SESSION
30 MIN

Cupping is a therapy that involves briefly suctioning cups to congested areas of the body to increase blood flow and release tension and fascial adhesions. This session begins with a focused massage.
